D4 Public Administration and Governance
During their studies in this specialty, students gain knowledge in the theory of public administration, constitutional law, the foundations of local self-government, state regulation of the economy and economic policy, territorial management, territorial development planning, public finance, communication in public administration, public administration technologies, PR technologies, project management, social development of territories, and information and analytical support for public administration. Graduates are qualified to hold positions as managers, leading and chief specialists in ministries and other central executive authorities, specialists in local state administrations, higher education institutions, academic institutions, corporate entities and business structures, and their departments and divisions; as well as positions as advisors, consultants to the secretariats of local councils, political parties, and non-governmental organizations, and specialists in the executive bodies of local councils, village, settlement councils, and communities.
