Head of the Expert-Consultative Commission - Andriy Tykhy, Cand. Tech. Sci., Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations.

Deputy Head of the Expert-Consultative Commission - Gennadiy Filimonikhin, Dr. Tech. Sci., Professor, Head of the Department of Machine Elements and Applied Mechanics; 

Secretary of the ECC - Oleksiy Smirnov, Cand. Econ. Sci., Head of the Methodological-Organizational Department.
