The Human Resources Department is an independent structural unit subordinate to the Rector of the University.
The Human Resources Department, in its activities, is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, the University Charter, the University's Internal Labor Regulations, rules and standards of documentation support, other regulatory and local documents of the University, orders of the Rector, and the Regulations on the Human Resources Department of KNTU.
The Human Resources Department is headed by the Head of the Department, who is appointed and dismissed by the Rector. The Human Resources Department consists of three sectors: the sector for work with University employees, the sector for records of higher education applicants, and the sector for records of conscripted employees and draftees who study and work.
Human Resources Department is an autonomous structural subdivision, subordinate to the Rector of the University.
Human Resources Department in its activities is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Statute of the University, the Rules of Internal Labor Discipline of the University, the rules and standards of documentation support, other normative and local documents of the University, orders of the Rector and the Regulations on the HR Department of CNTU.
Human Resources Department is headed by the department head, who is appointed and dismissed by the Rector. The HR Department comprises three sectors: Sector for Working with University Employees, Sector for Records of Prospective Higher Education Applicants, and Sector for Records of Employees Subject to Military Service and Conscripts Who Study and Work.
