On October 15, students and faculty of the Department of Economics, Management, and Commercial Activities of Central Ukrainian National Technical University (CNTU) participated in the forum "Partnership for a Better Future: Recovery and Strategic Development of Communities," which took place at the Entrepreneurship Support Center of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council. The event was dedicated to discussing the strategic priorities for the development of the Kropyvnytskyi City Territorial Community.

Representatives of local government bodies, civic activists, scholars, youth, and other interested parties took part in the event.

The founder of the All-Ukrainian initiative "Active Community" and chair of the board of the All-Ukrainian NGO "Republic Institute," Oleksandra Hlyzhynska, presented the results of the research "Impact and Consolidation of Stakeholders in Community Recovery and Strategic Development." The discussion covered the status and outcomes of the development of the Kropyvnytskyi City Territorial Community Development Strategy for the period up to 2030. Topics such as the digitalization of community management, opportunities for tourism development, barrier-free spaces, environmental issues, and civic participation tools in strategy implementation were also explored.

Faculty members of the CNTU Department of Economics, Management, and Commercial Activities (EMCD) also shared their insights with forum participants. Professor Olha V’yunyk delivered a presentation on "Entrepreneurship Promotion as a Factor in Strategic Territorial Development," while Associate Professor Oksana Storozhuk presented on "Human Resource Support for Community Economic Development and Prospects for Post-War Recovery." Students from the department actively participated in the discussion of current issues.

The forum became an important step in identifying the directions for community development and consolidating the efforts of various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
