Information support when being sent for training/internship abroad


 

In case of being sent for study/internship abroad, the applicant/academic staff member must submit the documents listed below to the International Relations Department no later than 10 days before departure for study/internship.

After the order for study/internship is issued, the applicant/academic staff member departs for studies under the academic mobility program.

Documents for departure for study/internship.

1.      APPLICATION.
2.      INVITATION, its TRANSLATION.
3.      INDIVIDUAL PLAN.
4.      TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT (Learning Agreement on Academic Mobility Program).
5.      AGREEMENT on participation in the academic mobility program for higher education students/academic staff.
 

Preparation of documents.

Upon receiving an invitation/approval from the host foreign university, it is necessary to submit the following documents to the International Relations Department no later than 10 days before departure for study/internship:

  1. Application from the student/academic staff member with approval visas from the Head of the Department and the Dean of the Faculty.

The dates of departure and arrival indicated in the application must coincide with the actual dates, which must correspond to the stamps in the passport regarding border crossing.

  1. Original or certified copy* of the invitation with specified financial conditions of stay for study/internship at a foreign higher education institution or relevant scientific institution, and its visa-stamped translation** into Ukrainian.
  2. Individual plan in 2 copies with approval visas from the Head of the Department and the Dean of the Faculty.

The period of study/internship indicated in the agreement must coincide with the actual dates, which must correspond to the stamps in the passport regarding border crossing.

The printed version of the agreement must fit on one A4 sheet (front and back).

The Tripartite Agreement (LearningAgreement on AcademicMobility Program) is drawn up if you will be studying/interning at a partner university of KNTU. If you are going within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program, the tripartite agreement is sent to you by the office coordinating this program in Ukraine (Learning Agreement).

Sample Certificate of Language Competence.

Agreement on participation in the academic mobility program for higher education students (Bachelor's and Master's degrees, PhD student, doctoral student) of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University in 2 copies.

The period of study/internship indicated in the agreement must coincide with the actual dates, which must correspond to the stamps in the passport regarding border crossing.

The printed version of the agreement must fit on one A4 sheet (front and back).

 * Copies of the invitation are certified by the coordinator of the relevant academic mobility program within the university (Head of Department/Deputy Dean).

 ** The translation of the invitation is certified by the Head of the Foreign Languages Department or a translator from a translation agency.

 DOCUMENTS UPON RETURN

1.      REPORT.
2.      COPY OF DOCUMENT (Certificate, Diploma, Academic Transcript, etc.).
3.      COPY OF INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT.

 Preparation of documents.

After returning from study/internship to KNTU, within 10 days, the applicant/academic staff member submits the following documents to the Dean's office, the Department, and the International Relations Department:

  1. Report for the entire period of study/internship with mandatory indication of course titles, total number of hours, ECTS credits, and grades, signed by the academic mobility program curator.

The report must be filled out in Ukrainian and submitted in printed form with the wet signature of the academic mobility participant, filling in all possible items of the sample. The report must be certified by the university's academic mobility coordinator. If some items in the sample report are not relevant, they can be skipped.

  1. Copy of the document certifying the results of the study/internship (Certificate, Diploma, Academic Transcript, Transcript of Records).
  2. Copy of the international passport with the identification page, necessarily including pages with stamps of crossing the UKRAINIAN border (placed upon the request of the academic mobility participant when crossing the Ukrainian border) and the page with the visa (if available). If border crossing stamps were not placed, you need to contact the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to obtain a certificate of the relevant border crossings. When submitting documents upon return, have the original international passport with you.
  3. Application for changes to the order (if the dates of the stamps regarding border crossing in the international passport do not coincide with the dates indicated in the departure application).

 

In case of sending for study/internship abroad, the applicant/academic staff must submit to the Department of International Relations documents according to the list below, no later than 10 days before departure for study/internship.

After the order regarding sending for study/internship has been issued, the applicant/academic staff proceeds to study under the Academic Mobility Program.

Documents for departure for study/internship.

1.      APPLICATION.

5.      CONTRACT for participation in the Academic Mobility Program for higher education students/academic staff.
 

Document preparation.

When receiving an invitation/approval from the foreign host university, you must submit to the Department of International Relations no later than 10 days before departure for study/internship the following documents:

  1. Application of the applicant/academic staff with visa approvals from the head of the department and the dean of the faculty.

Dates of departure and arrival, specified in the application, must match the actual dates and should correspond to the border-crossing stamps in the foreign passport.

  1. Original or certified copy* of the invitation with the indicated financial conditions of stay for study/internship to the foreign higher education institution or to the relevant scientific institution and its certified translation into Ukrainian.
  2. Two copies of the Individual Plan with visa approvals from the head of the department and the dean of the faculty.

The study/internship period specified in the contract must match the actual dates, which should correspond to the border-crossing stamps in the foreign passport.

The contract in printed form must be on a single A4 sheet (front and back).

Tripartite Agreement (LearningAgreement on AcademicMobility Program) is issued in the event that you will study/undertake internship at the CNTU partner university. If you go within the ERASMUS+ program, the tripartite contract will be sent to you by the office coordinating this program in Ukraine (Learning Agreement).

Sample Certificate for Determining Language Proficiency.

Contract for participation in the Academic Mobility Program of higher education students (OS “Bachelor” and OS “Master”, OSN “PhD”, doctoral student) at Central Ukrainian National Technical University in 2 copies.

The period of study/internship, indicated in the contract, must coincide with the real dates, which should correspond to the entry/exit stamps in the foreign passport.

The contract in printed form must be on a single A4 sheet (front and back).

Tripartite Agreement (LearningAgreement on AcademicMobility Program) is issued in the event that you study/undertake internship at CNTU’s partner university. If you go under the ERASMUS+ program, the tripartite contract will be sent to you by the office coordinating this program in Ukraine (Learning Agreement).

 * Copies of the invitation are certified by the coordinator of the respective Academic Mobility program within the university (Head of the Department/Deputy Dean).

 **The translation of the invitation is certified by the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages or a translator from a translation bureau.

 DOCUMENTS UPON RETURN

1.      REPORT.
2.      COPY OF DOCUMENT (Certificate, Diploma, Academic transcript, etc.).
3.      COPY OF FOREIGN PASSPORT.

 Preparation of documents.

After returning from study/internship to CNTU, within 10 days the applicant/academic staff submits to the dean’s office, to the department and to the Department of International Relations the following documents:

  1. Report for the entire period of study/internship with mandatory indication of course names, total hours, ECTS credits and grades, endorsed by the academic mobility program coordinator.

The report must be completed in Ukrainian and provided in printed form with the participant’s wet signature, filling in all possible items of the sample. The report must be certified by the university’s academic mobility coordinator. If any items in the sample report are not applicable, they may be omitted.

  1. A COPY OF THE DOCUMENT, that certifies the results of the study/internship (Certificate, Diploma, Academic Transcript, copy of academic achievements).
  2. COPY OF FOREIGN PASSPORT with the identification page,  necessarily with the pages showing border-crossing stamps of crossing the UKRAINIAN border (presented at the request of the academic mobility participant when crossing the Ukrainian border) and the visa page (if available). If border-crossing stamps were not placed, contact the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to obtain a certificate of the relevant border crossings. When submitting documents for return, bring the original foreign passport.
  3. Zаява про зміни до наказу (if the dates of border crossing in the foreign passport do not match the dates specified in the departure application).
