Invisible University for Ukraine (IUFU) — a free certificate program from Central European University for Ukrainian undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students whose studies have been affected by the war. The program combines online courses in the humanities and social sciences (11 courses of 12 sessions each, 4 ECTS credits) and the opportunity for a short visit to Budapest or Lviv during the summer school.
Applications for the spring semester of 2026 are open until February 10. There is also a competition for research fellowships for students with their own projects. Participation in the program is free, and classes are held online in the evening.

COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS FROM UKRAINE AND MOLDOVA! 
The "Leaders of Change" Foundation, together with the "Borussia" Foundation, is opening applications for the Study Tours to Poland (STP) program – a unique opportunity to travel to Poland, meet active young people from other countries, and gain valuable international experience.
What is STP?
It is a 10-day study and familiarization visit to Poland (April–May 2026), during which you will:
learn how Polish non-governmental organizations, institutions, and initiatives work
share your own experience and ideas
find new friends from Ukraine, Moldova, and Poland
spend time in an international environment full of inspiration

Annual International Training Course (AITC) of the Kingdom of Thailand – 2026
Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), in collaboration with Thai academic institutions, announces a call for applications for the Annual International Training Course (AITC) 2026 scholarship.
Courses cover: SEP/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), agricultural sector and food security, public health, climate resilience, trade and economy, inclusive development, science, technology, and innovation.
Number of candidates: up to 3 people per country.
Application submission: through the accredited Embassy of Thailand in the applicant's country.

On the implementation of youth exchanges between Ukraine and Lithuania
The purpose of youth exchanges is to intensify cooperation between Ukrainian and Lithuanian youth in order to build friendly relations between the peoples of these countries.
March 20, 2025, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine announced the call for applications for participation in the competition for the implementation of projects within the framework of youth exchanges between Ukraine and Lithuania in 2025, which will last until April 20, 2025.
Participants of the educational process of higher, professional pre-higher, and vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions are invited to participate.

We hereby inform you of the receipt of a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania (attached) regarding the announcement of a grant for foreign citizens under the study program for the 2024-2025 academic year. According to the rules of the procedure defined by the program, each candidate must personally submit an application using the single established form online between January 16, 2024, and March 16, 2024. Candidates can access the online platform via the link: https://studyinromania.gov.ro through the Apply for MFA Scholarships window, or directly via the link https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro The platform is available in both English and French. Each candidate must create a personal account on the studyinromania platform, provide the requested information, and upload the necessary documents. The selection results will be announced closer to July 15, 2024. Each candidate who submitted an application will receive a notification to their email address. The specified grant does not apply to studies in specialties belonging to the fields of general medicine, dental medicine, and pharmacology. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania also draws attention to the fact that applications from candidates submitted in any way other than those specified above will not be considered. | Scholarships for English-language studies in the Czech Republic

| Call for applications: two URIS (Ukrainian Research in Switzerland) scholarships at the University of Basel
The international scholarship program is open to postdoctoral and senior researchers in the fields of humanities, cultural studies, and social sciences whose research can make a significant contribution to a better understanding of the history, society, politics, and culture of Ukraine. The URIS scholarship allows the recipient to conduct six months of research at the University of Basel (August 2023–January 2024 and February 2024–July 2024). The initiative is looking for internationally recognized researchers who are ready to participate in the Swiss-Ukrainian research network and offer a course related to Ukraine at the University of Basel during their stay in Switzerland. The main work focus of URIS in the autumn semester of 2022 and the spring semester of 2023 will be focused on "Ukraine and Europe in a period of transition". |
