We hereby inform you of the receipt of a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania (attached) regarding the announcement of a grant for foreign citizens under the study program for the 2024-2025 academic year.

According to the rules of the procedure defined by the program, each candidate must personally submit an application using the single established form online between January 16, 2024, and March 16, 2024.

Candidates can access the online platform via the link:

https://studyinromania.gov.ro through the Apply for MFA Scholarships window, or directly via the link https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro

The platform is available in both English and French.

Each candidate must create a personal account on the studyinromania platform, provide the requested information, and upload the necessary documents.

The selection results will be announced closer to July 15, 2024.

Each candidate who submitted an application will receive a notification to their email address.

The specified grant does not apply to studies in specialties belonging to the fields of general medicine, dental medicine, and pharmacology.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania also draws attention to the fact that applications from candidates submitted in any way other than those specified above will not be considered.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, received via letter dated 19.01.2024 No. 660/14-830-8211 (attached), the government of Romania has announced the provision of study grants for foreign citizens for the 2024/2025 academic year.

The application period lasts from January 16 to March 16, 2024.

At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with paragraph 2b of the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27.01.1995 No. 57, the departure from Ukraine of men aged 18-60 - seekers of professional pre-higher and higher education, assistant interns, postgraduate students, and doctoral students studying full-time or in dual forms of education, is restricted during the period of martial law.

Studies at American universities for one to two years to obtain a master's degree. Senior students and graduates of higher education institutions can participate in the competition.
Fields of specialization: humanities, social, exact, technical, and natural sciences

Application deadline – May 16 annually.

Grant conditions:
- payment of university tuition;
- monthly stipend;
- medical insurance;
- round-trip ticket.

Cumorah Academy is an academy where you can significantly improve your English and practice it. There are several programs here: business, English, and an individual program. Mentors/entrepreneurs from different countries arrive every week to share their experience. Teachers are from America, Canada, and Britain.

- your English level is B1 or higher.
- you are between 18 and 33 years old.
- you can leave Ukraine (the academy is not a university).
- you can study offline in the Czech Republic for 3 months (there are programs that provide a focus on your main studies and work).

The international scholarship program is open to postdoctoral and senior researchers in the fields of humanities, cultural studies, and social sciences whose research can make a significant contribution to a better understanding of the history, society, politics, and culture of Ukraine.

The URIS scholarship allows the recipient to conduct six months of research at the University of Basel (August 2023–January 2024 and February 2024–July 2024).

The initiative is looking for internationally recognized researchers who are ready to participate in the Swiss-Ukrainian research network and offer a course related to Ukraine at the University of Basel during their stay in Switzerland. The main work focus of URIS in the autumn semester of 2022 and the spring semester of 2023 will be focused on "Ukraine and Europe in a period of transition".

GFPS scholarship program for Ukrainian students

On October 28, 2022, within the framework of the First International Conference "Open Science and Innovation in Ukraine 2022", a special session "COST Info Day - Ukraine" will be held bit.ly/3MFQGOD.

The purpose of the event is to inform Ukrainian researchers and innovators about the role of COST in promoting and disseminating scientific excellence.

Global Democracy Ambassador Scholarship for Ukrainian Scholars

According to the rules of the program-defined procedure, each candidate personally must submit in the period from January 16, 2024 to March 16, 2024 an application using the single established form online.
