the election of the Rector
of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University will take place
The election will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the polling station located at: 8 Universytetskyi Avenue, Building 1, Room 100a, Kropyvnytskyi, 25006.
In accordance with current legislation and the Regulations on the procedure for electing the Rector of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, the following have the right to participate in the election:
- all full-time scientific, scientific-pedagogical, and pedagogical staff of the university;
- elected representatives from among the full-time staff of the university who are not scientific, scientific-pedagogical, or pedagogical staff;
- elected representatives from among full-time students.
The election is conducted by secret ballot.
To vote, you must have an identity document with you:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- ID card;
- e-documents in the "Diia" application that verify identity;
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
- Temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine;
- Driver's license;
- Student ID card.
The above list is exhaustive.
Accredited public observers, observers from candidates, and media representatives at the CUNTU Rector election must carry official credentials issued by the CUNTU Rector Election Organizing Committee.
The election program of the candidate for the position of CUNTU Rector and information regarding the organization of the Rector election can be found on the Central Ukrainian National Technical University website in the section "Election programs of candidates for the position of CUNTU Rector".

We hereby inform you that on February 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM, the printing of ballots for the election of the Rector of CNTU, scheduled for February 25, 2026, will take place in the premises of the Information and Computing Center of CNTU. The candidate for the position of Rector of CNTU and observers accredited by the organizing committee are invited to attend.

On February 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM, a meeting will be held with Volodymyr Mykolaiovych Kropyvnyi, a candidate for the position of Rector of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
The event will be held in a hybrid format (Auditorium No. 3, Academic Council Hall of CNTU, and via Zoom conference). During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the vision for the university's development, ask questions, and receive answers regarding priorities and plans for future work.

On February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., a general meeting of representatives from among the full-time staff who are not scientific, scientific-pedagogical, or pedagogical workers will be held in the university assembly hall to nominate candidates who will have the right to participate in the election of the rector of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
