By Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 443-k-25 dated November 20, 2025, a competition has been announced for the position of Rector of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

Citizens of Ukraine who possess the state language at a level determined by the National Commission on State Language Standards (fluency in the state language of the first or second degree), hold an academic title and a scientific degree, and have at least ten years of work experience in scientific and pedagogical positions are eligible to participate in the competition.

The deadline for submitting applications is two months from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Persons wishing to participate in the competition shall submit the following documents:

• an application for participation in the competition addressed to the founder, stating whether or not the restrictions established by part two of Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" apply to the candidate;
• a personnel record sheet with a 3 x 4 cm photograph;
• a curriculum vitae (autobiography);
• copies of documents regarding higher education, scientific degree, and academic title;
• a certificate of completion of preliminary, periodic, and extraordinary psychiatric examinations, including for the use of psychoactive substances, issued in accordance with the Procedure for conducting preliminary, periodic, and extraordinary psychiatric examinations, including for the use of psychoactive substances, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated April 18, 2022, No. 651, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2022, under No. 648/37984 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2022, No. 50, p. 70, Article 2448);
• a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record (an extract from the information-analytical system "Record of information on bringing a person to criminal responsibility and the presence of a criminal record");
• a copy of the passport, certified by the candidate;
• a copy of the employment record book (if available) and/or other documents confirming work experience, or information on employment history from the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance in the established manner;
• a copy of the state certificate on the level of proficiency in the state language, issued by the National Commission on State Language Standards;
• a certified copy of the certificate on the results of the verification, issued by the body where such verification was conducted, or a written statement addressed to the founder, stating that the prohibitions defined by part three or four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Government Cleansing" do not apply to the candidate, in the form approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 16, 2014, No. 563 "Some issues of implementation of the Law of Ukraine 'On Government Cleansing'" (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, Art. 2412), and consent to undergo verification and to the publication of information regarding the candidate in accordance with the specified Law.

Copies of documents submitted by the candidate (except for the copy of the passport) may be certified at the candidate's place of work, by the founder, or notarized.

Наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України № 443-к-25 від 20.11.2025 року оголошено конкурс на заміщення посади ректора Центральноукраїнського національного технічного університету.

У конкурсі можуть брати участь громадяни України, які володіють  державною мовою відповідно до рівня, визначеного Національною комісією зі стандартів державної мови (вільне володіння державною мовою першого або другого ступеня), мають вчене звання та науковий ступінь і стаж роботи на посадах науково-педагогічних працівників не менш як десять років.

Строк подання заяв  –  два місяці з дня опублікування оголошення на офіційному вебсайті Міністерства освіти і науки України.

Особи, які бажають взяти участь у конкурсі, подають такі документи:

• заяву про участь у конкурсі на ім’я засновника, в якій зазначається про застосування або незастосування до претендента обмежень, встановлених частиною другою статті 42 Закону України «Про вищу освіту»;
• особовий листок з обліку кадрів з фотографією розміром 3 х 4 сантиметри;
• автобіографію;
• копії документів про вищу освіту, науковий ступінь та вчене звання;
• довідку про проходження попереднього, періодичного та позачергового психіатричних оглядів, у тому числі на предмет вживання психоактивних речовин, яка видається відповідно до Порядку проведення попередніх, періодичних та позачергових психіатричних оглядів, у тому числі на предмет вживання психоактивних речовин, затвердженого наказом Міністерства охорони здоров’я України від 18 квітня 2022 р. № 651, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України15 червня 2022 р.з а № 648/37984 (Офіційний вісник України, 2022 р., № 50, стор. 70, стаття 2448);
• довідку про наявність або відсутність судимості (витяг з інформаційно-аналітичної системи «Облік відомостей про притягнення особи до кримінальної відповідальності та наявності судимості»);
• копію паспорта, засвідчену претендентом;
• копію трудової книжки (у разі наявності)та/або інші документи, які підтверджують стаж роботи, або відомості про трудову діяльність з реєстру застрахованих осіб Державного реєстру загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування у встановленому порядку;
• копію державного сертифікату про рівень володіння державною мовою, що видається Національною комісією зі стандартів державної мови;
• засвідчену копію довідки про результати перевірки, видану органом, в якому така перевірка проводилася, або письмову заяву на ім’я засновника, в якій повідомляється, що до претендента не застосовуються заборони, визначені частиною третьою або четвертою статті 1 Закону України «Про очищення влади», за формою, затвердженою постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 16 жовтня 2014 р. № 563 «Деякі питання реалізації Закону України «Про очищення влади» (Офіційний вісник України, 2014 р., № 85, ст. 2412), та згоду на проходження перевірки та на оприлюднення відомостей стосовно претендента відповідно до зазначеного Закону.

Копії документів, які подаються претендентом/кою (крім копії паспорта), можуть бути засвідчені за місцем роботи претендента/ки, засновником або нотаріально.
