Admission Algorithm

1. Visit our center in person or contact us remotely.
2. Submit an application and fill out an educational declaration in person or remotely to the "Crimea-Ukraine" and "Donbas-Ukraine" educational center to participate in an interview for budget-funded studies under quota-2 – from June 1 to July 10, and for contract-based studies – until September 23, 2024.
3. Pass two state final assessment (DPA) exams at the municipal institution "Lyceum 'Maximum'" of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council: Ukrainian language and History of Ukraine.
4. Take entrance exams instead of the NMT for budget-funded spots from July 08 to July 19, 2024, and for contract-based spots from July 08 to July 31, 2024.
5. Register your application for admission to your chosen specialty from July 19 to July 31, 2024 (budget).
6. Wait for the ranking list to be generated, no later than August 05, 2024.
7. Fulfill the enrollment requirements no later than August 8, 2024.
8. You have become our student! Enrollment by August 10, 2024 (budget).

In the event of circumstances that objectively make it impossible to arrive in person to submit documents, the applicant shall send the following to the Center's email address pk_kntu@ukr.net:

• scanned copies (photocopies) of the documents mentioned above;
• a 3 × 4 cm photograph (1 MB in electronic form).

• The Center receives the certificate of successful completion of the annual assessment and state final assessment (except in cases of exemption from the state final assessment) from an authorized general secondary education institution.

Persons who have the right to apply through educational centers are those who:

• have a Ukrainian educational document;
• do not have a Ukrainian educational document**;
• took the NMT (2024, 2023, 2022) and/or EIE (2021);
• did not take the NMT/EIE.

**Educational documents obtained in the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation are not recognized.

1. Завітайте до нашого центру особисто, або зверніться дистанційно.
2. Особисто, або дистанційно подайте заяву та заповніть освітню декларацію в освітній центр «Крим-Україна» та «Донбас-Україна», для участі у співбесіді для навчання на бюджеті за квотою-2 – з 1 червня до 10 липня, за контрактом – до 23 вересня 2024 року.
3. Складіть на базі комунального закладу "Ліцей "Максимум" Кропивницької міської ради два іспити державної підсумкової атестації (ДПА): українська мова та історія України.
4. Складіть вступні випробування замість НМТ на бюджет з 08 по 19 липня 2024 року, за контрактною формою з 08 до 31 липня 2024 року.
5. Зареєструйте заяву на вступ за обраною спеціальністю з 19 по 31 липня 2024 року (бюджет).
6. Дочекайтесь формування рейтингового списку, не пізніше 05 серпня 2024 року.
7. Виконайте вимоги до зарахування, не пізніше 8 серпня 2024 року.
8. Ви стали нашим студентом! Зарахування до 10 серпня 2024 року (бюджет).

У разі настання обставин, що об’єктивно унеможливлюють особисте прибуття для подання документів, заявник надсилає на електронну пошту Центра pk_kntu@ukr.net :

• скановані копії (фотокопії) документів, зазначених вище;
• фотокартку розміром 3 × 4 см (1 Мб в електронній формі).

• Довідку про успішне проходження річного оцінювання та державної підсумкової атестації (крім випадків звільнення від державної підсумкової атестації) Центр отримує від уповноваженого закладу загальної середньої освіти.

Вступати через освітні центри мають право особи, які:

• мають український документ про освіту;
• не мають українського документу про освіту**;
• складали НМТ (2024, 2023, 2022 рік) та/або ЗНО (2021);
• не складали НМТ/ЗНО.

**Документи про освіту, отримані на тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією території України, не визнаються.
