Educational Centers Donbas-Ukraine, Crimea-Ukraine

"Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" educational centers were established at the CNTU in cooperation with the general secondary education institution "Maximum" Lyceum of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council, Kropyvnytskyi, designated for conducting annual assessments and state final examinations, as well as ordering and issuing state-recognized documents on complete general secondary education.

Educational centers «Donbas-Ukraine» and «Crimea-Ukraine» created on the basis of CNTU in collaboration with the general secondary education institution Lyceum «Maximum» of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council of the city of Kropyvnytskyi, designated for conducting the annual assessment and state final attestation, and for ordering and issuing of the state-standard document certifying completion of full general secondary education.

Tasks of the "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" educational centers

Providing support and assistance to applicants residing in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the temporarily occupied territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and the territory of settlements on the contact line, in obtaining a certificate of complete general secondary education and admission to the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

Functions of the "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" educational centers:

• provide consultations and assist in completing the applicant's declaration;
• provide counseling to the applicant regarding annual assessment (sample test tasks, online courses, in-person consultations, etc.);
• facilitate the annual assessment and state final certification of the applicant in the Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine, and the issuance of state-recognized documents on basic secondary education or complete general secondary education (carried out by an authorized general secondary education institution);
• organize the processing of the applicant's documents as an entrant, conduct entrance examinations to the educational institution, and (in case of passing the competitive selection) provide recommendations for admission to higher or professional pre-higher education institutions (carried out by the base educational institution);
• facilitate the accommodation of the applicant in the educational institution's dormitory for the duration of the annual assessment, state final certification, and entrance examinations;
• assist the applicant in obtaining identity documents;
• provide counseling to the applicant regarding the possibility of studying in preparatory courses;
• ensure remote submission of documents and the completion of interviews and state final certification at the municipal institution "Educational and Training Association No. 6 'Specialized General Secondary School of I-III degrees, Center for Aesthetic Education 'Nathnennya'' of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council of Kirovohrad Region".

The work of the "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" educational centers is regulated by:

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 01.03.2021 No. 271, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2021, under No. 505/36127, on the approval of the Procedure for admission to higher, professional pre-higher, and vocational (vocational-technical) education for persons residing in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the temporarily occupied territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and the territory of settlements on the contact line.

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 08.04.2020 No. 483, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 22, 2020, under No. 460/34743, "On approval of amendments to certain orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine".

Tasks of the educational centers «Донбас-Україна», «Крим-Україна»

Support and assistance to applicants residing in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the temporarily occupied territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of settlements on the line of contact, in obtaining a certificate of complete general secondary education and admission to the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

Functions of the educational centers «Донбас-Україна», «Крим-Україна»:

• they provide consultations and assist in preparing the applicant's declaration;
• they provide counseling to the applicant regarding annual assessment (samples of test tasks, online courses, in-person consultations, etc.);
• they facilitate the conduct of the applicant's annual assessment and state final attestation in Ukrainian language and Ukrainian history, and issuing him state-standard documents of basic secondary education or full general secondary education (carried out by an authorized general secondary education institution);
• they organize the processing of the applicant's documents as an entrant, the conduct of entrance examinations (entrance tests) to the educational institution and (in case of competing selection) the provision of a recommendation for admission to higher education or professional pre-higher education institutions (carried out by the basic educational institution);
• they assist in the applicant's placement for the period of the annual assessment, state final attestation and conducting the entrance examination to the dormitory of the educational institution;
• they assist the applicant in obtaining identity documents;
• they provide counseling to the applicant regarding the possibility of studying in preparatory courses;
• they provide remote submission of documents and participation in interviews and the state final attestation at the municipal institution «Навчально-виховне об’єднання № 6 «Спеціалізована загальноосвітня школа І-ІІІ ступенів, центр естетичного виховання «Натхнення» Кіровоградської міської ради Кіровоградської області».

Робота освітніх центрів «Донбас-Україна», «Крим-Україна» регламентується:

Наказом МОН України від 01.03.2021 № 271 зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України 15 квітня 2021 р. за № 505/36127 ро затвердження Порядку прийому для здобуття вищої, фахової передвищої та професійно-технічної освіти осіб, які проживають на тимчасово окупованій території Автономної Республіки Крим та міста Севастополя, тимчасово окупованій території окремих районів Донецької та Луганської областей, території населених пунктів на лінії зіткнення.

Наказом МОН України від 08.04.2020 року № 483, зареєстрованим в Міністерстві юстиції України 22 трав 2020 року за № 460/34743, «Про затвердження змін до деяких наказів Міністерства освіти і науки України».

Наказом  МОН України від 13.03.2020 року № 394 «Про внесення змін до наказу МОН від 14 червня 2016 р. № 667 «Про затвердження переліку уповноважених вищих навчальних закладів»».

Наказом МОН України від 19.05.2016 року № 537 «Про затвердження порядку проходження атестації для визнання здобутих кваліфікацій, результатів навчання та періодів навчання в системі вищої освіти, здобутих на тимчасово окупованій території України після 20 лютого 2014 року (зі змінами).
