Graduates of the master's program become qualified human resources (HR – HUMAN RESOURCES) professionals, possessing fundamental knowledge and practical skills in recruitment, evaluation, training, staff motivation, career coaching, personnel management, personnel reserve management; developing and optimizing the company's personnel policy and organizational structure; personnel accounting; developing corporate social responsibility programs, improving and implementing personnel management systems and technologies, evaluating their socio-economic effectiveness; labor engineering; conducting corporate training, organizing business meetings and conference services. The program prepares competent professionals in the field of labor economics and personnel management of enterprises, organizations, professionals in the field of labor and employment, as well as institutions of various forms of ownership and economic activity.
