D3 Management

The training program is aimed at managers and specialists of other disciplines with work experience in various enterprises and organizations at different levels of management who wish to systematize their professional experience, study modern management tools based on the experience of successful Ukrainian and international companies, and expand their network of professional contacts (bachelor's and master's levels). Specialists in the management of business organizations acquire skills in performing management activities in leadership positions at enterprises, institutions, and organizations of all forms of ownership, making decisions while performing functional duties, studying and forecasting the market situation for goods, works, and services, and implementing measures for adaptation to market conditions. Graduates who have received an education in this specialty can hold the following positions: heads of business entities of various forms of ownership; heads of structural units of enterprises and associations in various sectors of the economy; heads of local government bodies; managers (administrators) of associations of enterprises, institutions, organizations, and their subdivisions.
