Deadlines for application registration, competitive selection, and enrollment for studies

1. Registration of personal electronic accounts for applicants for higher education and uploading of necessary documents begins on July 01, 2025.

 The document on previous education must be entered before the registration of the applicant's first application on the relevant basis of admission. An applicant may enter several documents on previous education contained in the Register of Education Documents into the electronic account to register applications on different bases of admission. Personal electronic accounts of applicants remain active until October 20.

Registration of applicants' applications, in particular for participation in entrance examinations (interview, interview instead of the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE), professional exam instead of the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE), professional exam, professional test) in the cases provided for in this section, is carried out through the applicants' personal electronic accounts.

2. For admission to studies for a Bachelor's degree based on Complete General Secondary Education (PZSO) and Level 5 of the National Qualifications Framework (NRK5):

• Registration of applications for participation in interviews begins on July 03 and ends:

• for admission to state or regional budget-funded places - July 10 (18:00),
• for admission exclusively to places funded by individuals and/or legal entities - July 25 (18:00).

• Interviews for admission:

• for state or regional budget-funded places July 08 - July 19 inclusive,
• for places funded by individuals and/or legal entities July 08 – August 01.

• Registration of applications July 19 - August 01 (18:00).
• Formation of ranking lists of applicants, provision of recommendations for enrollment, and publication of the list of recommended candidates with notification of whether or not they have obtained the right to pursue higher education under a state or regional order based on an application with priority, shall be carried out no later than August 06.
• Applicants who have received recommendations must confirm their choice of study place, fulfill the enrollment requirements, and conclude a study contract by 18:00 on August 09.

• Enrollment of applicants:

• under a state or regional order or at the expense of individuals or legal entities (based on an application with priority) is carried out no later than August 11;
• under other sources of funding – no later than August 30.

• Transfer to vacant state or regional budget-funded places for persons enrolled at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than August 18.
• Provision of recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended candidates for applicants entering places funded by individuals and/or legal entities (except for recommendations for applicants based on an application with priority) is carried out no earlier than August 11.

Registration deadlines for applications, competitive selection, and enrollment for study

1. Registration of applicants' personal electronic cabinets for admission to higher education and uploading of the necessary documents begins July 1, 2025.

 The document on prior education must be included in the registration of the first application of the applicant on the applicable admission basis. The applicant may upload to the electronic cabinet several documents on prior education that are contained in the Register of Documents on Education, for registering applications on different admission bases. Personal electronic cabinets of applicants operate until October 20.

Registration of applicants' applications, including for participation in entrance examinations (interview, interview instead of EVI, professional exam instead of EFVV, professional exam, professional attestation) in cases provided for in this section is carried out through applicants' personal electronic cabinets.

2. For admission to study for the degree bachelor's on the basis of ПЗСО та НРК5:

• Registration of applications for participation in interviews July 3 and ends:

• for admission to places of state or regional order - July 10 (18:00),
• for admission solely to places funded by individuals and/or legal entities - July 25 (18:00).

• Interviews for admission:

• for state or regional order places July 8 - 19 inclusive,
• for places funded by individuals and/or legal entities July 8 – August 1.

• Registration of applications July 19 - August 1 (18:00).
• Formation of ranking lists of entrants, providing recommendations for enrollment and publishing the list of those recommended with notification of whether they have the right to obtain higher education under state or regional orders on priority applications no later than August 6.
• Entrants who have received recommendations must confirm their choice of study place, meet the enrollment requirements and enter into an enrollment contract by 18:00 August 9.

• Enrollment of entrants:

• under state or regional order or funded by individuals or legal entities (by priority application) is carried out no later than August 11;
• under other sources of financing – no later than August 30.

• Transfer to vacant places under state or regional orders for those enrolled on study funded by individuals and/or legal entities – no later than August 18
• Providing enrollment recommendations and publishing the list of recommended applicants who enroll for places funded by individuals and/or legal entities (except for recommendations for applicants with priority) is carried out not earlier than August 11.
