Bachelor's Degree
1. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (pages 1, 2, and registration – for the 1995 model passport). Extract from the Unified State Demographic Register if you have an ID card.
2. Certificate of complete general secondary education (or a high school diploma issued before 2019) with an appendix.
3. Results of the NMT (National Multi-Subject Test) for 2023-2026.
4. Document assigning the applicant an individual taxpayer identification number.
5. Military registration document in paper and electronic (printed) forms, which determines the owner's status regarding military duty, issued before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine dated April 11, 2024, No. 3633-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization, and Military Registration" (for persons liable for military service and reservists – a military ID or temporary certificate of a person liable for military service; for conscripts – a certificate of registration at a conscription station).
6. Six photos 3x4 cm with an electronic version (the applicant's surname, first name, and patronymic must be written on the back of each).
7. Pre-university training certificate (for graduates of preparatory courses at CNTU in the year of admission).
8. Copy of a marriage certificate or certificate of name change (for persons who have discrepancies in surnames in their documents).
9. Originals of documents for applicants who have special admission rights, as well as their copies.
10. Study agreement at CNTU

2. Original and copies of the junior specialist (junior bachelor, professional bachelor) diploma with the transcript.
3. NMT results for 2023-2026.
4. Document confirming the applicant's taxpayer identification number.
5. Six photos 3x4 cm with an electronic version (the applicant's surname, first name, and patronymic must be written on the back of each).
6. Pre-university training certificate (for graduates of preparatory courses at CNTU who took the NMT in the year of admission).
7. Military registration document in paper and electronic (printed) forms, which determines the owner's military service status, issued before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine dated April 11, 2024, No. 3633-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization, and Military Registration" (for persons liable for military service and reservists – military ID or temporary certificate of a person liable for military service; for conscripts – certificate of registration at the conscription station).
