Master's Degree

1. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (pages 1, 2, and registration for the old-style passport). Extract from the Unified State Demographic Register if you have an ID card.

2. Original and copies of a state-recognized document regarding a previously obtained educational level (Bachelor's, Specialist's, or Master's diploma) on the basis of which admission is being made, along with its transcript.

3. EVI examination sheet for everyone, or (EVI and EFVV for specialties in fields of knowledge B, C, D, E, F, J2) with an information sheet (with scores).

4. Document regarding the assignment of a taxpayer identification code to the applicant.

5. Military registration document in paper and electronic (printed) forms, which determines the owner's status regarding military duty, issued before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine dated April 11, 2024, No. 3633-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization, and Military Registration" (for persons liable for military service and reservists - a military ID card or a temporary certificate of a person liable for military service; for conscripts - a certificate of registration at a conscription station).

6. Six photos 3x4 cm with an electronic version (the applicant's surname, first name, and patronymic must be written on the back of each).

7. Copy of a marriage certificate or a certificate of name change (for persons who have discrepancies in surnames across their documents).

8. Originals of documents for applicants who have special rights for admission, as well as their copies.
