Registration deadlines for the EVI and EFVV

In accordance with the Calendar Plan for the organization and conduct of entrance examinations for master's degree programs in 2025, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated February 12, 2025, No. 201, entrance examinations will be held in two sessions:

• main: June 21 — July 12;
• additional: July 29 — August 18.

The aforementioned order also provides for two registration periods for individuals wishing to participate in the EFVV and/or EVI — main and additional.

The main registration stage will last from May 2 to May 23 inclusive. Registration will be carried out by the admissions committees of higher education institutions. Registered participants will receive examination sheets containing the login details for their information pages, the «Master's Entrance Examination Participant Cabinet». During the additional period (June 16–17), those who were unable to register during the main registration period will have the opportunity to register for the EFVV and/or EVI.

By June 12, participants registered for the main session of the entrance examinations will receive invitation passes on their information pages, which will indicate the date, time, and location of the testing, and by July 26 — participants of the additional session.

Information about the results of the main session on a 100–200 point scale will be posted on the participants' information pages by July 18, and for the additional session — by August 22.

Registration dates for EVI and EFVV

According to the Calendar Plan for organizing and conducting entrance examinations for master's degree studies in 2025, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by the Order of 12.02.2025 No. 201, entrance examinations will be held in two sessions:

• main: June 21 — July 12; 
• additional: July 29 —  August 18. 

The aforementioned order also provides two registration periods for individuals who wish to participate in EFVV and/or EVI, — main and additional.

The main registration phase will last From May 2 to May 23 inclusive. The admissions committees of higher education institutions will conduct the registration. Registered participants will receive examination sheets, on which the data to log in to their information pages «Master's Entrance Examinations Participant Portal» will be indicated. In the additional period (16–17 June) those who did not manage to do this during the main registration period will be able to register to take EFVV and/or EVI.

By 12 June participants registered for the main session of entrance examinations will receive on their information pages invitation-admission tickets, where the date, time and place of testing will be indicated, and by 26 July – participants of the additional session.

Information about the results of the main session on the 100–200 point scale will be posted on the participants' information pages by 18 July, the additional – by 22 August.

Deadlines for submitting documents for admission to study for obtaining a master's degree based on NQF6 and NQF7:

• applications for participation in the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and Unified Professional Entrance Test (UPET), and the conduct of the main and additional sessions of the UEE and UPET are carried out within the timeframes established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, according to the schedule approved by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

Registration of applications for participation in the interview instead of the UEE, professional exam, or professional exam instead of the UPET is from July 01 until 18:00 on the day preceding the last day of the respective entrance examinations.

• instead of the UEE, professional exams, professional exams instead of the UPET July 28 - August 07 (inclusive).
• applicant applications August 08 - August 25, 18:00.
• instead of the UEE, professional exams, professional exams instead of the UPET (contract only) August 08 - August 23, 18:00.
• ranking lists of applicants, provision of recommendations for enrollment, and publication of the list of recommended candidates with notification of whether or not they have obtained the right to pursue higher education under state or regional orders are carried out no later than August 26.

Applicants who have received recommendations must confirm their choice of study place, fulfill the requirements for enrollment under state or regional orders, and conclude a study contract by 18:00 on August 28.

• of applicants for study:

• under state or regional orders August 29;
• at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 30.
• for vacant state or regional order places for persons enrolled at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 01;

Provision of recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended candidates for applicants entering places at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities for open and fixed competitive offers is carried out no earlier than September 01.

Submission deadlines for admission to study for the Master's degree based on NRK6 and NRK7:

• Applications for participation in the EVI and EFVV, and the conduct of the main and additional sessions of the EVI and EFVV are carried out within the terms established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, according to the schedule approved by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

Registration of applications for participation in the interview in place of the EVI, the professional exam, the professional exam in place of the EFVV July 1 - by 18:00 the day before the last day of the respective entrance examinations.

• in place of the EVI, professional exams, professional exams in place of EFVV July 28 - August 7 (inclusive).
• Applicants' applications August 8 - August 25 18:00.
• in place of the EVI, professional exams, professional exams in place of EFVV (contract only) August 8 - August 23 18:00.
• ranking lists of entrants, providing recommendations for admission and publishing the list of those recommended with a notice about whether they have the right to obtain higher education under state or regional order are carried out no later than August 26.

Applicants who have received recommendations must confirm their choice of place of study, meet the enrollment requirements under the state or regional order and sign an enrollment contract by 18:00 on August 28.

• Applicants for admission:

• under the state or regional order August 29;
• funded by individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 30.
• for vacant places of state, regional order for persons enrolled on a tuition basis by individuals and/or legal entities – no later than 01 September;

The provision of recommendations for admission and publication of the list of recommended for entrants who apply for places funded by individuals and/or legal entities on open and fixed competitive offers is carried out not earlier than 01 September.
