Registration deadlines for the EVI and EFVV

In accordance with the Calendar Plan for the organization and conduct of entrance examinations for master's degree programs in 2025, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated February 12, 2025, No. 201, entrance examinations will be held in two sessions:

• main: June 21 — July 12;
• additional: July 29 — August 18.

The aforementioned order also provides for two registration periods for individuals wishing to participate in the EFVV and/or EVI — main and additional.

The main registration stage will last from May 2 to May 23 inclusive. Registration will be carried out by the admissions committees of higher education institutions. Registered participants will receive examination sheets containing the login details for their information pages, the «Master's Entrance Examination Participant Cabinet». During the additional period (June 16–17), those who were unable to register during the main registration period will have the opportunity to register for the EFVV and/or EVI.

By June 12, participants registered for the main session of the entrance examinations will receive invitation passes on their information pages, which will indicate the date, time, and location of the testing, and by July 26 — participants of the additional session.

Information about the results of the main session on a 100–200 point scale will be posted on the participants' information pages by July 18, and for the additional session — by August 22.

Строки реєстрації на ЄВІ та ЄФВВ

Відповідно до Календарного плану організації та проведення у 2025 році вступних випробувань до магістратури, затвердженого наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 12.02.2025 № 201, вступні випробування проходитимуть у дві сесії:

• основна: 21 червня —  12 липня; 
• додаткова: 29 липня —  18 серпня. 

Зазначеним наказом також передбачено два періоди реєстрації осіб, які бажають узяти участь у ЄФВВ та/або ЄВІ, —  основний та додатковий. 

Основний етап реєстрації триватиме із 2 до 23 травня включно. Реєстрацію здійснюватимуть приймальні комісії закладів вищої освіти. Зареєстровані учасники отримають екзаменаційні листки, у яких буде зазначено дані для здійснення входу на їхні інформаційні сторінки «Кабінет учасника вступних випробувань до магістратури». У додатковий період (16–17 червня) матимуть змогу зареєструватися для проходження ЄФВВ та/або складання ЄВІ ті особи, які не змогли цього зробити під час основного періоду реєстрації.

До 12 червня учасники, зареєстровані на основну сесію вступних випробувань, отримають на своїх інформаційних сторінках запрошення-перепустки, де буде зазначено дату, час і місце проведення тестування, а до 26 липня – учасники додаткової сесії.

Інформацію про результати основної сесії за шкалою 100–200 балів буде розміщено на інформаційних сторінках учасників до 18 липня, додаткової – до 22 серпня.

Deadlines for submitting documents for admission to study for obtaining a master's degree based on NQF6 and NQF7:

• applications for participation in the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and Unified Professional Entrance Test (UPET), and the conduct of the main and additional sessions of the UEE and UPET are carried out within the timeframes established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, according to the schedule approved by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

Registration of applications for participation in the interview instead of the UEE, professional exam, or professional exam instead of the UPET is from July 01 until 18:00 on the day preceding the last day of the respective entrance examinations.

• instead of the UEE, professional exams, professional exams instead of the UPET July 28 - August 07 (inclusive).
• applicant applications August 08 - August 25, 18:00.
• instead of the UEE, professional exams, professional exams instead of the UPET (contract only) August 08 - August 23, 18:00.
• ranking lists of applicants, provision of recommendations for enrollment, and publication of the list of recommended candidates with notification of whether or not they have obtained the right to pursue higher education under state or regional orders are carried out no later than August 26.

Applicants who have received recommendations must confirm their choice of study place, fulfill the requirements for enrollment under state or regional orders, and conclude a study contract by 18:00 on August 28.

• of applicants for study:

• under state or regional orders August 29;
• at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 30.
• for vacant state or regional order places for persons enrolled at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 01;

Provision of recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended candidates for applicants entering places at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities for open and fixed competitive offers is carried out no earlier than September 01.

Строки подання документів для вступу на навчання для здобуття ступеня магістра на основі НРК6 та НРК7:

• заяв на участь в ЄВІ та ЄФВВ, проведення основної і додаткової сесій ЄВІ та ЄФВВ здійснюється у терміни, встановлені Міністерством освіти і науки України, за графіком, затвердженим Українським центром оцінювання якості освіти.

Реєстрація заяв на участь у співбесіді замість ЄВІ, фаховому іспиті, фаховому іспиті замість ЄФВВ 01 липня - до 18:00 дня, що передує останньому дню завершення проведення відповідних вступних випробувань.

• замість ЄВІ, фахові іспити, фахові іспити замість ЄФВВ 28 липня - 07 серпня (включно).
• заяв вступників 08 серпня -  25 серпня 18:00.
• замість ЄВІ, фахові іспити, фахові іспити замість ЄФВВ (тільки контракт)  08 серпня - 23 серпня 18:00.
• рейтингових списків вступників, надання рекомендацій до зарахування та оприлюднення списку рекомендованих з повідомленням про отримання чи неотримання ними права здобувати вищу освіту за державним або регіональним замовленням здійснюються не пізніше 26 серпня.

Вступники, які отримали рекомендації, мають підтвердити вибір місця навчання, виконати вимоги до зарахування за державним або регіональним замовленням та укласти договір про навчання до 18:00 28 серпня.

• вступників на навчання:

• за державним або регіональним замовленням 29 серпня;
• за кошти фізичних та/або юридичних осіб – не пізніше 30 вересня.
• на вакантні місця державного, регіонального замовлення осіб, які зараховані на навчання за кошти фізичних та/або юридичних осіб, – не пізніше 01 вересня;

Надання рекомендацій до зарахування та оприлюднення списку рекомендованих для вступників, які вступають на місця за кошти фізичних та/або юридичних осіб на відкриті та фіксовані конкурсні пропозиції, здійснюється не раніше 01 вересня.
