Photo Requirements

Photo requirements:
  • the photo must be current, i.e., taken within the last 6 months;
  • the photo must be in color with a white or light, preferably solid, background;
  • the photo must be clear (not blurry);
  • the photo must not contain other people or objects;
  • the photo must show the face, neck, and shoulders;
  • the face should occupy about 80% of the photo;
  • the face must be photographed strictly front-facing with a neutral expression that does not distort facial features, without headwear or dark (sunglasses) glasses;
  • the face must be centered in the photo;
  • photographing in outerwear (e.g., fur coats, jackets, etc.) is not permitted;
  • electronic version of the photo: up to 1 MB in size, in jpg format, with an aspect ratio of 3 x 4
