Is the education document missing in Diia?

Together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and SE "Inforesurs", we will look at the reasons and explain how to act in such situations ⬇️

1️⃣ The document is in the EDEBO register, but not in Diia.

This may happen due to discrepancies in the RNOKPP number between Diia and the education document. What to do: contact the educational institution that issued the document to update your data. Life hack: check the availability of the document in the register via this link (https://info.edbo.gov.ua/edu-documents/).

2️⃣ Incomplete or incorrect information is displayed in Diia.

Contact the educational institution for corrections. 

3️⃣ Error in the date of birth.

There are two options here: contact the educational institution with scanned copies of your identity document and education document, or email the State Enterprise "INFORESURS" (info@inforesurs.gov.ua) with a qualified electronic signature (QES).

Also, remember that the following are not displayed in Diia:

  • documents on scientific degrees and titles;
  • information about graduates of military educational institutions;
  • retraining diplomas issued before January 1, 2016;
  • documents issued before 2000 using the printing method.

1️⃣ Документ є в реєстрі ЄДЕБО, але не в Дії.

Це може статися через розбіжності в номері РНОКПП між Дією та документом про освіту. Що робити: зверніться за оновленням даних до закладу освіти, який видав документ. Лайфхак: перевірте наявність документа в реєстрі за цим покликанням (https://info.edbo.gov.ua/edu-documents/).

2️⃣ У Дії відображено неповну чи некоректну інформацію.

Звертайтеся до закладу освіти для виправлення. 

3️⃣ Помилка в даті народження.

Тут є два варіанти: звернутися зі сканкопіями документа, що посвідчує особу, і документа про освіту до закладу освіти або написати на пошту Державне підприємство «ІНФОРЕСУРС» (info@inforesurs.gov.ua) із накладанням КЕП.

Також пам'ятайте, що в Дії не відображаються:

  • документи про наукові ступені та звання;
  • інформація про випускників військових закладів освіти;
  • дипломи про перепідготовку до 1 січня 2016;
  • документи до 2000 року, видані поліграфічним способом.
