VSP Kropyvnytskyi Engineering College

The institution began its educational activities in 1870, when the Yelysavethrad Zemstvo Real School was established, among whose graduates are famous scientists and prominent figures: H. Proskura, Ye. Malaniuk, Yu. Yanovskyi, Ye. Chykalenko, P. Saksahanskyi, and others.

In 1930, the Zinovievsk (and from 1939, Kirovohrad) Technical School of Agricultural Engineering was established in the premises of the real school.

In 1969, the technical school was renamed the Kirovohrad Machine-Building Technical School. 

Since 1997, the educational institution became a structural subdivision of the Kirovohrad Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Kirovohrad State Technical University, and Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

Since 2017, the college has been named the Separate Structural Subdivision "Kropyvnytskyi Engineering Professional College of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University" — an institution of professional pre-higher education that trains professional junior bachelors in the following specialties:

  • Computer Engineering;
  • Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies, and Robotics;
  • Economics;
  • Accounting and Taxation;
  • Applied Mechanics;
  • Industrial Engineering;
  • Automotive Transport.

Graduates of the college were and are highly qualified specialists, respected and authoritative people in Ukraine and abroad.

In 1930, in the premises of the Real School, the Zinov'yevskyi (and from 1939 Kirovohrad) Technical College of Agricultural Machinery Engineering was established.

In 1969 the technical college received the name Kirovohrad Machine-Building Technical College. 

Since 1997 the educational institution has become a structural subdivision of the Kirovohrad Institute of Agricultural Machinery Engineering, the Kirovohrad State Technical University, and the Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

Since 2017 the college has the name of the Detached Structural Subdivision «Kropyvnytskyi Engineering Professional College of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University» - an institution of professional pre-higher education, which trains skilled junior bachelors in the specialties:

  • Industrial Machinery Engineering;
  • Automotive Transport.
