Student Support Center

The coordinator of the Student Support Center, in the course of fulfilling their duties, is subordinate to the university rector by Order No. 2-01 dated 28.08.2025 «On the Establishment of the Center for Student Support».

The coordinator of the Student Support Center is responsible for performing the following duties:

- ensuring educational, organizational, informational, advisory and social support for participants in the educational process, and support for physical and mental health;

- consulting and support for students regarding accessibility, relevance and acceptability of educational programs for participants in the educational process;

- guidance and support for the student during the development of an individual study plan, monitoring its implementation by students with special educational needs, making changes to it if necessary;

- analysis of the state and improvement of the accessibility of spaces and educational components for students with special educational needs;

- promoting the creation of necessary conditions for participants in the educational process to realize their abilities and talents;

- supporting students in matters of academic mobility, undertaking internships, participation in informal education events, and employment counseling;

- organizing the work of all university divisions on educational work, inclusive education, national-patriotic education, cooperation with deans, student self-government bodies, the primary trade union organization of students, the student youth club, and the head of the sports club;

- consulting CNTU research and teaching staff, staff of structural units, volunteers, student self-government bodies on organizing work with students with special educational needs;

- conducting informational and educational activities to form a tolerant attitude toward students with special educational needs;

- organizing and conducting educational, national-patriotic, sports and cultural-artistic events to attract students to university life;

- involving students in events conducted at the city, region, and country levels;

- disseminating information about creative competitions, student campaigns, specialized exhibitions;

- consulting applicants for education on the processing of documents for obtaining named academic scholarships. Conducting work with higher education applicants of privileged categories who, in accordance with the Rules for the appointment of academic and social scholarships at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, have the right to receive a social scholarship;

- fostering patriotic feelings for the alma mater, adhering to and developing the university's academic and democratic traditions, uniting students, teachers and researchers into a single academic community;

- cooperation with local authorities, local self-government bodies, public organizations of different levels, cultural-educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, medical and narcological services, etc.;

- organization and control over conducting the «Curator Hour»;

- organizing the placement of higher education applicants in dormitories;

- development and implementation of progressive methods of working with curators of academic groups and deputy deans for educational work;

- protection of the rights and interests of students pursuing higher education, in particular regarding the organization of the educational process;

- promoting the physical well-being activities of students, faculty and staff of the university at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University’s Pine Grove sports and health camp;

- promoting the employment of university graduates and exploring their career paths;

- preparation of awards documents for students, faculty, and staff.
