The Information and Computing Center of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University (ICC CUNTU) was established in accordance with the order of the Kirovohrad Institute of Agricultural Machine Building dated October 17, 1980, No. 384-I-151, on the basis of the "Interdepartmental Laboratory of Computing Technology," founded by the order dated December 16, 1974, No. 298-I-68. The history of the development of the ICC is presented in the manual "Stages of Information Technology Implementation: From the First Computers to the Present Day"

Інформаційно-обчислювальний центр Центральноукраїнського національного технічного університету (ІОЦ ЦНТУ) створено згідно наказу по Кіровоградському інституту сільськогосподарського машинобудування від 17.10.1980р. № 384-I-151 на базі «Міжкафедральної лабораторії обчислювальної техніки», заснованої наказом від 16.12.1974р. № 298-I-68.  Історія становлення ІОЦ представлена в посібнику «Етапи впровадження інформаційних технологій від перших ЕОМ до сьогодення»

December 16, 2024, marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Information and Computing Center (ICC).

Structure of the ICC

  • Sector for design, development, and operation of automated control system software, Head – Olena LUNIOVA

  • Dispatch and Educational Process Support Group

Main Tasks of the ICC

  • administrative, system, and technical support of the educational process in computer labs under the jurisdiction of the ICC;
  • continuous improvement of the structure and technology of the university-wide computer network;
  • implementation, modernization, maintenance, and operation of new and existing information-analytical management systems of CNTU;
  • participation in the implementation of licensed software products;
  • use of a «cloud environment» for hosting software, data, websites, and corporate email;
  • multimedia support for seminars, conferences, webinars, and exams;
  • expertise on the technical condition of computer equipment, office equipment, audio equipment, and network hardware;
  • execution of research, design, and computational work on a contractual basis.

Основні завдання ІОЦ

  • адміністративне, системне та технічне забезпечення навчального процесу в комп’ютерних класах підпорядкованих ІОЦ;
  • постійне вдосконалення структури та технології роботи загальноуніверситетської комп’ютерної мережі;
  • впровадження, модернізації, супроводження та експлуатації нових та діючих інформаційно-аналітичної систем управління ЦНТУ
  • участь у впровадженні ліцензованих програмних продуктів;
  • використання «хмарного середовища» для розміщення програм, даних, сайтів, корпоративної пошти;
  • мультимедійне супроводження семінарів, конференцій, вебінарів, екзаменів;
  • експертиза технічного стану комп’ютерної техніки, оргтехніки, аудіотехніки та мережного обладнання;
  • виконання науково-дослідних, проектно-конструкторських та обчислювальних робіт на договірних засадах.

Subject of activity of the Editorial and Publishing Laboratory

  • performance of editorial, publishing, and copying-duplicating works related to the printing of informational and official materials, aesthetic design of departments, provision of printing services to students, as well as other publishing products that do not contradict the requirements of the "Temporary Regulation on the Procedure for Printing Publications";
  • sale of products of its own production activity.

Предмет діяльності РВЛ

  • виконання редакційно-видавничих та копіювально-розмножувальних робіт пов’язаних з друкуванням інформаційних та службових матеріалів, естетичного оформлення кафедр, надання поліграфічних послуг студентам, а також іншої видавничої продукції, яка не суперечить вимогам “Тимчасового положення про порядок друкування видань”;
  • реалізація продукції власної виробничої діяльності.
