March 6, 2024, at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, an event aimed at helping students determine their future in the labor market - Career Day.
The organizer of the event was the university together with our partners – the State Employment Service.
«Job Fair 2021»
On May 14, 2021, our university hosted the traditional event «Job Fair». Representatives of 16 enterprises and state institutions of our city attended. For students of technical specialties, with presentations, spoke the HR Director of LLC «Three Star» D’yakova Yuliya Vasylivna and the Head of the Design Bureau for Means of Analysis of Physical Processes at NVP PJSC «Radiy» Gaivoronsky Ruslan Stanislavovich.
Other participants provided information about the products produced, spoke about permanent or temporary job vacancies, and the selection criteria in companies. After the presentations and employer talks, students had the opportunity to discuss with employers the terms of employment and pay, and the requirements for candidates for the position.

May 16, 2019, at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, the traditional annual «Job Fair» took place.
Representatives of 23 enterprises, banks and state institutions of our city visited us (the full list of Job Fair participants here)
For students of technical and agronomic specialties, with presentations, representatives of LLC «Landtech» and the personnel manager of Scientific-Production Enterprise PJSC «Radiy» gave presentations.
Other participants, upon request, provided information about the products produced, spoke about permanent or temporary job openings, and the selection criteria in companies.
After the presentations and speeches of all those who wished, students had the opportunity to talk with employers about working conditions, and to receive consultation from the leading specialist of the Kirovohrad City-District Employment Center Rudkovska O.B.

«Job Fair-2018»
On May 16, 2018, at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University there was the traditional annual «Job Fair». Representatives of more than twenty enterprises, companies and financial institutions of our city, Oleksandriia, Uman and Kyiv attended. (the full list of participants of the Fair is here).
For students of the economics faculties, the presentations were given by the Head of the Eastern Office of the State Audit Service in the Kirovohrad region L. E. Tsandekova, the Head of the Human Resources Department of PJSC CB «PrivatBank» T. V. Dzhevaga, a representative of the HR department of JSC «Oschadbank» Polina.
And for students of technical and agricultural specialties, their enterprises were presented by the Head of HR Department of PJSC «Umanfermash» Oleksandr Vovk, a specialist in training and development of personnel of the company «Kernel» Anastasia, HR-manager LLC «UDEN-Ukraine» Goncharenko Alla Anatoliyivna, Head of HR Department LLC «ZPTU Vera-Service Intermash» Mogilna Olga Borisivna, Deputy Head of the Technical Department LLC «Drukmash-Center» Yuliya.
After the presentations and speeches of all those who wished, the students had the opportunity to talk with employers about working conditions, selection criteria for the company, and to receive consultation from a specialist of the Kirovohrad City-and-District Employment Center.

Job Fair 2017
On May 24, 2017, at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, a Job Fair took place. Representatives of 30 enterprises, companies and financial institutions of our city visited us, as well as Oleksandriya city LLC «Plant of Lifting-Transport Equipment «Vira-Servis Intermash», Uman city (Cherkasy Oblast) PJSC «Umanfermash» and Berdyansk city (Zaporizhzhia Oblast) PJSC «Berdyansk Harvesters»(the full list of Job Fair participants here).
Some representatives of employers conducted presentations of their company, namely: LLC «Landtech», Company «Cifrotech», PJSC CB «PrivatBank», JSC «Oschadbank», LLC «ZPTU «Vira-Servis Intermash» and PJSC «Berdyansk Harvesters». Others provided information about the products produced, about the possibility of internships and traineeships at the enterprise, spoke about permanent or temporary vacancies, and the selection criteria in the company.
After the presentations by all those who wished, students had the opportunity to interact with employers, ask their questions that concerned them, and receive consultations from specialists at the Kirovohrad City and District Employment Center.
