Sports and health camp "Sosnovy Hai"

Sports and Health Camp (SHC) of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University «Sosnovyi Hai» is located in the Svitlovodsk District, in a forest clearing on the banks of the Dnipro River. It was established to provide conditions for active recreation, health improvement, and engagement in physical culture and sport for students pursuing higher education, graduate students, doctoral students, faculty, CNTU staff, and their families. Last year, among representatives of our university who vacationed at the Sosnovyi Hai camp, weekend tours were very popular.

The camp is equipped with summer cottages, has its own beach area, sports facilities, and playgrounds. In the cabins, a cozy atmosphere has been created, soft furnishings have been updated, and they are clean and tidy.

The camp has its own well and an electrical substation, and is therefore provided with water and electricity around the clock. An outdoor shower and restrooms operate.

SOT is a seasonal establishment and opens for the summer period. In it, health-improvement, cultural-mass and sports (training) work is organized and conducted. To perform this work, workers of the student club and the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Healthy Lifestyle are involved. There, higher education students improve their health thanks to clean air, water therapies and engaging leisure activities.

But the most important thing is the ROMANCE OF STUDENT YEARS! Is it possible to forget the dawns on the banks of the Dnipro, campfires and songs to the sound of a guitar until the early morning.
