Student Council

Self-government of higher education students at the Central Ukrainian National Technical University and its structural subdivisions is an integral part of CNTU's public self-government. The aim of the student council's activity is to create conditions for the self-realization of CNTU students and to develop in them organizational skills, leadership qualities, responsibility for the result of their work, etc. Our activity is also aimed at ensuring the upbringing of spirituality and culture among university students, and the growth of social activity among the youth.

Main tasks and functions of the student council:

protecting the rights and interests of students pursuing higher education who study at a higher education institution;
facilitating educational and developmental work at the University;
assistance in shaping the moral and ethical norms among students pursuing higher education, fostering patriotism;
promotion of a healthy lifestyle, safe behavior, and prevention of offenses committed by students pursuing higher education;
cooperation with the student self-government bodies of other higher education institutions, youth public organizations;
facilitating the employment of graduates and involving students pursuing higher education in secondary employment during their free time;
encouraging the participation of students pursuing higher education in international, nationwide Ukrainian, interregional, regional, and other competitions, conferences, and olympiads;
representation in collegiate, representative, working, advisory bodies and their structural subdivisions of the University, cooperation with the CNTU administration.
