Medical Station

Tasks and duties of the medical office specialist:

1. Receives visitors in the medical office;
2. Provides necessary medical assistance to students and university staff;
3. Compiles a list and monitors the availability of medical supplies in the medical station, controls their timely receipt and purchase, as well as the permissible shelf life of medications;
4. Compiles and maintains medical documentation;
5. Implements health protection measures for higher education students and ensures compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements in university premises;
6. Organizes sanitary-educational and explanatory work among students and university staff regarding healthy lifestyle, and adherence to sanitary-hygienic standards of personal life and work;
7. Monitors the timely completion of preventive medical examinations by employees who, in accordance with the Procedure for mandatory preventive examinations and issuance of medical cards, are required to undergo medical check-ups, and verifies that they possess medical record books;
8. Ensures the vaccination of students and university staff;
9. During the organization of sports events among students, monitors the availability of their health certificates and other documents;
10. If necessary, monitors the body temperature of students and staff before the start of the working day during quarantine and conducts sanitary treatment of common areas and classrooms in the event of an infectious disease among students and university staff;
11. Participates in the work of the commission for checking the sanitary condition of rooms and common areas in university dormitories;
12. Conducts pre-trip medical examinations of university drivers before departure on a route or business trip, provided they have completed training and received the appropriate certificate and stamp.

Завдання та обов'язки фахівця медичного кабінету:

1. Здійснює прийом відвідувачів у медичному кабінеті;
2. Надає необхідну медичну допомогу студентамта працівникам університету;
3. Складає перелік і слідкує за наявністю у медичному пункті медичних препаратів, контролює своєчасне їх отримання і придбання, а також допустимі терміни зберігання медикаментів;
4. Складає та веде медичну документацію;
5. Здійснює заходи з охорони здоров'я здобувачів вищої освіти, дотримання санітарних і гігієнічних вимог в приміщеннях університету;
6. Організовує санітарно-просвітницьку, роз'яснювальну роботу серед студентів та працівників університету з питань здорового способу життя, дотримання санітарно-гігієнічних норм особистого життя та праці;
7. Контролює своєчасне проходження профілактичного медичного огляду працівниками, які відповідно до Порядку обов'язкових профілактичних оглядів та видачі медичних карток повинні проходити медогляд та перевіряє наявність у них медичних книжок;
8. Забезпечує проведення вакцинації студентів та працівників університету;
9. Під час організації спортивних заходів серед студентів контролює наявність у них довідок про стан здоров'я та інших документів;
10. При потребі контролює температуру тіла студентів та працівників перед початком робочого дня під час карантину та проведення санітарної обробки приміщень загального користування навчальних приміщень у випадку інфекційного захворювання серед студентів та працівників університету;
11. Бере участь в роботі комісії по перевірці санітарного стану в кімнатах та місцях загального користування в гуртожитках університету;
12. Здійснює передрейсовий медичний огляд водіїв університету перед виїздом в рейс або відрядження при наявності проходження навчання та при отриманні відповідного свідоцтва і штампу.
