About the service

The Psychological Service reports to the university rector and is under the operational management of the head of the Center for Educational Work.

Activities of the KNTU Psychological Service are based on the regulatory framework for the implementation of the Program for Mental Health Preservation and Psychosocial Support in the Education Sector in Ukraine. Clear regulatory certainty regarding the functioning of the psychological service and the provision of psychological support within the education system is an important condition for ensuring the observance and protection of human rights, in particular the right to mental health.
